This week I discovered my hidden passion for cooking. I usually prefer eating out but I must say, it has been nice to cook my own meals and dabble with ingredients and different flavours. I started documenting my dishes yesterday and will be shaing them with you. My favourite dish has to be steamed fish in sweet mango chilli and cinammon sauce. I've also added greek yoghut to my home made coleslaw with a pinch of sugar. Stay tuned for Madame Jodelle in the Kitchen.
