Helena Christensen, supermodel and global ambassador for OXFAM, captured a series of photographs, from travelling to Peru, Nepal and Kenya documenting the impact of climate change on people's lives and their ability to produce food. The photographs will be showcased at this months Rio+20 UN conference on sustainable development.
